Every bottle in King's Wine Cellar is stored in a temperature-controlled, humidity-monitored environment to ensure optimal aging and flavor preservation until it reaches your door.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and local alcohol transport regulations.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all wine deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age per country) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier.
What is your policy on corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement bottle.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
